Bug Reports
For bug reports please include the following (if possible):
- The version of JDebugTool, the JDK and the OS.
- The exact error message.
- How the bug occurred.
- If the bug is repeatable, the steps to reproduce the bug. A small sample program
that demonstrates the bug would be wonderful.
- If a stack backtrace is generated, such as from an uncaught exception, please send
the complete backtrace.
- If the debugger hangs or gets into an infinite loop, generate a thread and monitor dump for the debugger, and please
send us the complete dump:
- On UNIX®, send a signal to the debugger by the command kill -QUIT <debugger PID>
or by typing the key sequence <ctrl>\ in the shell where the debugger is running.
- On Windows®, type the key sequence <ctrl><break> in the shell where the debugger is running.
