these Terms (other than arbitration) may only be brought in the courts of applicable jurisdiction in Travis
County, Texas, and you submit to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. If any provision of these Terms
is found invalid, the invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions.
In any legal action or arbitration relating to these terms, the prevailing party shall recover from the other
party all costs of litigation or arbitration, including reasonable attorneys fees.
